TribePad makes recruitment software used by some of the largest organisations in the world. Having written communications for the company for more than a year, they asked me to write a white paper explaining the benefits of an applicant tracking system to public sector organisations. My approach was to write in plain English (of course) and break information down into readable, easy-to-scan chunks. It has proved successful for TribePad, with a number of new leads coming as a direct result of the white paper. Lovely stuff.
